Currently we aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours.
We are reliant on Royal Mail 2nd Class services unless otherwise instructed which can take up to 3 to 5 days.
If you do have an urgent order, we will definitely get it out to you quicker if you need it. Just email us at [email protected] with your requirements.
We are always happy to gift wrap and put together special packages as well.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email saying your order is being processed, and another one confirming completion as soon as it has been despatched.
We charge a flat fee of £3.49 for postage and packing for orders to the UK and N.Ireland under £50. Orders above £50 will qualify for free postage.
We also offer free local delivery within the following areas:
- Billingshurst and Wisborough Green
We aim to only make deliveries on day a week so delivery may take slightly longer.
You can also collect your orders from The Works Gift Shop in Newbridge, Billingshurst by arrangement.
We aim to despatch most orders within two working days of receiving them, although at peak periods it may take longer. We use Royal Mail Standard Delivery for most orders, although exceptionally large or bulky items may be despatched separately using our chosen courier.
Should an item be out of stock or unavailable for some reason, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either a substitute or place the item on backorder. (Please allow 28 days for delivery in rare circumstances).
We will often use recycled and second hand packaging, but if you would rather we use ‘first-hand’ packaging, we can do that – it will all be made out of recycled paper and products.
All of our materials will be recycled, biodegradable or recyclable as much as possible in your domestic recycling services.
We do not currently ship internationally but are happy to help our international friends with specific requests.
We want you to be as delighted with our products as we are, and therefore we offer a 14 day no-quibble guarantee. Should you not be delighted with your order please email us to obtain a returns code, then return the item to us, unused and in its original packaging. The item must be in a resaleable condition in order to receive a full refund. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you send it to us recorded delivery, or obtain a proof of posting certificate. We are sorry but we are unable to refund the cost of returns postage.
Personal care and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
THAT WHICH WE CANNOT CONTROL
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the details they have provided are accurate and up-to-date. Should a payment be returned due to an invalid card or account being used we will invoice the customer for a full refund of any charges we incur. If a customer supplies an old, incorrect or incomplete address we will not be held responsible should their order not be received. We would refund/send replacement only when/if the original is returned to us by Royal Mail and this would be less any postage, packaging or payment charges we have incurred. To avoid any problems please ensure all contact information is kept up-to-date and check this each time you order.
Your products are covered by a 12 months guarantee from time of purchase. If there is any problem with the item caused by a manufacturing defect or a defect in materials please return the item to us following the guidelines above. When we have received the goods, we will make a decision as to whether they need to go back to the manufacturer for inspection, whether a full refund will be made or replacement goods provided. Please indicate if you would rather have a refund or replacement. This excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or mis-use.
We won’t sell you anything that you don’t need We won’t try to sell you more than you need. We will source our products in good faith looking for the highest environmental and ethical standards. We will keep our prices transparent, fair and affordable.
ALL GOOD CAUSES
We believe that we should always help those less fortunate than ourselves. We will therefore provide a percentage of our profits to the Trussell Trust and other selected charities and will actively promote products that also give back their profits to charitable causes.
